Jeff Vastola - Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in 1993 and earned his Jurist Doctorate in 1996 from St. Thomas University School of Law. Jeff founded the firm in 1997 after gaining valuable insight working from both a plaintiffs’ personal injury firm and a statewide defense firm. He is proud to be a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization limited to attorneys who have secured verdicts/settlements exceeding one million dollars. For more click here.
J. Stuart Kirwan, III – Stuart graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Arts. He then attended Loyola University School of Law, from which he graduated, with honors, in 2001 with a Juris Doctorate. Upon being admitted to the Louisiana bar in 2001, Stuart started working in a busy litigation law firm before joining F. Gerald Maples, P.A. He became a partner and the firm became Maples & Kirwan, LLC.
